The foreign workers have the right to be recruited for work in Germany through a process based on a fair and transparent recruitment procedure and an appropriate working environment and conditions of employment that correspond to the assurances made. The workers have the same rights and obligations as their colleagues in Germany and are responsible for fulfilling their obligations to their recruiter and/or employer.


How we deal with violations


PERSONNEL FOR GERMANY and its business partners confirm that no retaliation will be taken against anyone who files a complaint or reports a suspected violation of this Code. Employees or other parties who violate this principle will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action. This may include, but is not limited to, disclosure of the violation to authorities if required by law, agreement or contract, and non-entry or termination of contractual relationships with the party in question.

The parties also endeavour to ensure that the recruitment and placement process complies with the laws of all foreign countries in which the parties operate, including the relevant labour and immigration laws.
PERSONNEL FOR GERMANY addresses the following social principles, which we ourselves live by, to all of its business partners, as they act as an extension of the customer and are involved in the recruitment process with a large number of service providers, language schools, recruitment agencies, etc. Business partners must observe and comply with these requirements if they fall within their scope of application.
